CPqD USA Adds Sales and Technology Expert to Team

Lundberg and Parrish Support CPqD USA's Expansion in North America

(San Jose, CA; August 22nd, 2002) - CPqD USA, the established North American arm of CPqD, Brazil’s leading technology services provider to the telecommunications industry, today announced the appointment of Jeff Lundberg to the position of Eastern Regional Sales Manager for the company. Lundberg, based in Atlanta, joins the sales team of CPqD USA that includes Jon Parrish, Western Regional Sales Manager, who works out of CPqD USA’s San Jose headquarters.

Lundberg brings more than 11 years of experience in sales, project management and billing and financial operations to CPqD USA. Immediately prior to his appointment at CPqD USA, Lundberg was Director of Sales and Professional Services for The Woodland Consulting Group, responsible for sales and account management, technology upgrade planning and execution, client relations and project management. He has also worked as a technology project manager and sales representative for Daleen Technologies, LHS Communications (now SchlumbergerSema), Saville Systems (now ADC) and Wesfax Systems. Throughout his career, Lundberg has worked extensively with the requirements and challenges of multiple business and operations support systems (BSS/OSS), products and platforms, and is a skilled information technology professional.

Parrish joined CPqD USA in April 2002 as the company’s initial sales contact, bringing more than 10 years of sales, business development, and marketing experience in telecommunications to the company. Parrish was instrumental in establishing CPqD USA’s sales presence in North America and will be working closely with Lundberg to further the company’s reach. Prior to CPqD USA, Jon was Director of Business Development for General Bandwidth, where he led the company’s efforts in setting up international sales channels, directing OEM sales channels, and managing strategic technology partners.
